INTRODUCING THE NEW MORE POWERFUL
D165 CRIMPER FROM CUSTOM CRIMP
This
workhorse crimper will handle up to 1 1/4" 2 wire and 1 1/4"
inch 4 wire hose AND
it will crimp up to 1"
6 wire hose with standard dies.
The 60 Ton cylinder and
the 1 HP pump deliver the power to quickly and easily crimp the
tough fittings that most small crimpers are unable to handle.
The fully adjustable
micrometer style crimp adjustment accommodates a wide range of hose
and fittings without the need for special shims and spacers.
The 11 inch by 14 inch
footprint allows the D165 to fit on most any workbench.
Metric (Direct Reading),
"DC" and Standard micrometers are available on all "D" series
crimpers.
The optional Die
Shelf keeps dies organized and readily available.
The easily removable
coupling stop and cylinder retraction stop permit repetitive crimps
to be made quickly and easily.
