Hydraulic Hose Test Benches

The CustomCrimp^® "BE" Series Test Benches are designed with features that make proof and burst testing of hydraulic hose assemblies a quick and easy procedure.

• Test pressure range to 50,000 psi (3500 bar) at 85 psi air

• Programmable electronic model with paper tape printout

• Zero to 5000 psi low pressure gage available

• 1/2" polycarbonate safety window

Industrial Test Benches

CustomCrimp^® Industrial Test Benches offer the same features and options as the Hydraulic Benches with the additional feature of a high capacity pump which allows industrial hoses to be pressure tested up to 5000 psi

CustomCrimp^® Industrial benches have the same high pressure manifold connections and pressure range capacities as the above BE Series benches.  Additionally, however they are also equipped with a high capacity 5000 psi pump and a removable side panel which allows for the attachment of an optional tray for longer hoses.

Customized and Special Design Benches

In addition to the standard CustomCrimp^® product line high pressure test consoles can be designed to meet specific requirements.  Special purpose test benches can also be designed by our engineering department.
